Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Elavite's services. By connecting an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: team@elavite.co.
The service
Elavite provides managed customer support within the scope agreed with you. The service may include reviewing your current operation, connecting authorized support and commerce systems, building a private knowledge base, writing policy-backed workflows, operating the daily support queue, handling exceptions through Elavite personnel, and reporting outcomes. The customer agreement defines the channels, actions, policies, authority limits, and service levels in scope. You can revoke connected-account access at any time, subject to any termination obligations in that agreement.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorized to connect each account and to let Elavite process the support correspondence and business context in the accepted scope.
- You will provide accurate policies, brand guidance, system access, and authority limits, and will notify Elavite when they change.
- You authorize Elavite workflows and personnel to act within the agreed scope on your behalf. Actions outside that scope require a separately agreed process.
- You will not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content.
Your data
You retain all rights to your email and derived knowledge base. Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, including our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy's Limited Use requirements. On termination we delete your synced data within 30 days of request.
Fees
Fees and billing terms are stated in your customer agreement. Pricing is scoped per engagement after Elavite reviews the current support process, channels, ticket volume, and policies, and is conditional on Elavite accepting the scope. No price is binding until confirmed in a signed customer agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Elavite operates using the information, policies, access, and authority available in the accepted scope. Results can be affected by missing or inaccurate source data, third-party platform availability, and events outside Elavite's control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elavite's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke Elavite's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Either party may terminate on notice; sections on data, fees owed, and liability survive.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to active customers by email before they take effect.
