Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Elavite's services. By connecting an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: team@elavite.co.

The service

Elavite connects to your business support inbox with your authorization, builds a private knowledge base from your support history, and helps resolve customer tickets: drafting replies for your review and, only for categories you explicitly enable, sending replies on your behalf. You can pause automation or disconnect at any time.

Your responsibilities

Your data

You retain all rights to your email and derived knowledge base. Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, including our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy's Limited Use requirements. On termination we delete your synced data within 30 days of request.

Fees

Pricing is per resolved ticket as agreed in your order form or on elavite.co. Fees are billed monthly in arrears unless agreed otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". Automated replies are generated from your own support history and policies; you are responsible for the categories you enable for automatic sending. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elavite's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke Elavite's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Either party may terminate on notice; sections on data, fees owed, and liability survive.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to active customers by email before they take effect.
